PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

 

Event Driven, Time-Sensitive Products

Alba's backdrops are time-sensitive, event-driven products. We strive to print, fulfill and deliver your order within 10 business days - or less, to physical addresses within the contiguous US.  Weekends and Holidays are excluded and we have no control over shipping carriers during busy holiday seasons, so please plan ahead. Expedited production and shipping are available for additional fees.

 

Customer Communication

We require the same immediate communication and design proof for custom orders, or if there is a printing error or shipping concern with any order. We will send images for approval for custom orders, prior to printing. Your order will not be printed until you have approved the design. We also require images for proof of printing errors in order to expedite immediate replacement backdrops.

 

Cancellations Are Not Accepted

Once an order has been placed. Therefore, if for any reason, you will not use the backdrop that you have just ordered, please call or email us immediately. We will instruct you to reject delivery of your package, or do not open the box and return it at your expense.

 

Custom Orders are Non-Refundable

Given the nature of our products, custom orders can not be returned or refunded for any reason.

 

Printing Errors and Expedited Replacements

Any issues must be reported to us upon delivery and proof must be emailed to orders@albabackgrounds.com - no later than 3 business days from delivery date or we can not take responsibility for the condition of the backdrop. We will immediately replace and ship backdrops with printing errors at our cost - to ensure timely delivery for your event.

 

Order Information

Upon checkout, please ensure that you have read and understand Alba's Store Policies regarding custom orders, cancellations, replacements, refund policies, and shipping issues.

 

Your order confirmation includes Alba's terms of service and all store policies. You are responsible for this information regarding your order. If there is an issue or concern, please call us immediately upon receipt of order confirmation.
