Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days. We typically need 3–5 business days to print and pack, plus 3–5 business days for free domestic shipping. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST or on weekends start production the next business day. Holidays can add time.
Custom backdrops ship after your design is approved for printing.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. Customs processing can delay delivery—please order with extra lead time.

Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Sizes and dimensions are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure for studio, stage, or event use, contact us with your space and distance from the subject and we’ll help you decide.
Will colors match what I see on screen?
We photograph products professionally, but monitors and lighting vary, so slight color differences are normal.
Materials
What material are backdrops printed on?
We print on professional polyester photo fabric: non-reflective, flame-resistant, seamless, and washable. Finishes are hemmed or laser-cut; many Pro Fabric backdrops include a pole pocket for stands (see product details for your SKU).
Custom orders
How do custom orders work?
After you order, we finalize artwork and send a proof when applicable. Production starts after you approve. Allow extra time before your event for revisions and printing.
Can I change my custom design after ordering?
Contact orders@albabackgrounds.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once printing has started.
Setup & care
How do I set up my backdrop?
Pro Fabric: Non-reflective fabric with a pole pocket—use with a compatible backdrop stand (e.g. SKU E0005).
Basic fabric: Lightweight; pin, staple to a wall or frame, or clamp to a horizontal pole or bar.
How do I remove creases?
Hang the backdrop and use a handheld steamer. Steaming is safe for this fabric.
How do I wash and store my backdrop?
Machine wash cold on gentle with mild detergent; tumble dry on low. Dry completely, then fold and store in a plastic bag in a cool, dry place.
