Shipping Policy

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

What do you ship?We offer free shipping for all of our photo backdrops, banners, floor drops, and accessories within the domestic US. We ship outside of the domestic US, please see shipping rates to your location, at time of purchase.

When do you ship?
We usually print and package our orders within 5 working days. Please allow an additional 5 working days for free ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Where do you ship to?
We ship our backdrops to the U.S., Canada, and Europe. For all other international shipping inquiries, please contact our office at 888-666-4616 or (USA) 360-464-9602.

How do you ship?
We ship our products via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Expedited shipping (3 day select / 2nd day air / Overnight) is available for an extra fee.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Tracking numbers are available within your order.

What if a shipping company loses or misdirects my package?
Once we receive a tracking # and a package is picked up by a shipping carrier, it is in transit, and out of our control. Along with you, we can only track packages using the associated tracking #. In the event that a shipping company loses or misdirects a package by mistake, they will request up to 10 working days or more, to locate the package before we are allowed to file a freight loss claim.

Will you send a replacement if the shipping company loses or misdirects my package?
Replacement backdrops can only be sent to customers if a freight loss claim is filed – or a new backdrop is purchased.

What if my package is not recovered from the shipping company?
If the package is not recovered, we will refund the customer in full for the original backdrop, as soon as we receive payment from the shipping carrier.

PLEASE NOTE:We recognize that our products are event driven and will make every effort to assist you in locating your package. We will request tracking reports which provide proof of the location of the delivery truck, driver, and package separately at any given location. If unrecoverable after 10 working days, we will file a freight loss claim to begin the refund process.
