Replacements – INSPECT your product(s) immediately after delivery. On the same day of delivery - please call (888) 666-4616 or email and notify us of any defects found. We will instruct you on how to send proof and ship the item(s) back, at our cost and will expedite replacements the very same day.

100% Refund – UNOPENED Products: Please reject delivery or simply return the unopened package to our Port Townsend, WA address within 7 working days for 100% refund of the purchase price. Return S & H charges are at the buyer’s expense.

50% Refund – OPENED Products: 50% Restocking Fee Applies. Please return within 7 working days to our Port Townsend, WA address for a 50% refund of the purchase price. Return S & H charges are at the buyer’s expense. Restocking fee applies because we can not sell this product as new and unopened.

NO Refund – USED Products: Refunds will not be given for used products. All returned products will be inspected. Any signs of usage or washing will be photographed and emailed to the customer who has returned the product and it will be shipped back to the customer. We do not refund, restock or sell used items.
