Refund Policy

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

Alba Backdrops are professionally printed on-demand, time sensitive, and event driven.Therefore, our store policies are very specific.
CANCELLATIONS:
Once you have ordered – we do not accept cancellations.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

Accepted when:

  • There is a printing error
  • The product is not customized or personalized
  • The product has not been used
  • The product is not a clearance item
  • You contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • You ship items back within: 7 days of delivery


REPLACEMENTS:

Please INSPECT your product(s) immediately and call (888) 666-4616 or +1(360) 464-9602 to notify us of any defects. Please email photos to orders@albabackgrounds.com, and ship the item(s) back – at our cost. We will expedite replacements the very same day – to ensure timely delivery for your important event.

REFUND POLICY:

100% Refund – UNOPENED Products: Please notify us within 3 days of your delivery date, that you will not use the product. Reject delivery or simply return the unopened package within 7 working days for 100% refund of the purchase price. Return S&H charges are at the buyer’s expense.

50% Refund – OPENED Products: Unless the product arrives damaged, a 50% Restocking Fee Applies. Please return within 7 working days for a 50% refund of the purchase price. Return S&H charges are at the buyer’s expense. We can not sell opened products – as new and in original condition.

NO Refund – USED or CUSTOM Products: Refunds will not be given for used or customized products. All returned products will be inspected. Any signs of usage or washing will be photographed and emailed to the buyer. Return S&H charges are at the buyer’s expense. We do not restock or sell used or customized items.
